Will Hinson | Senior Advisor
Senior Advisor Will Hinson supports strategic initiatives with a focus on special projects, business development, and growth.
Hinson recently retired from ExxonMobil Corporation where he held multiple Public and Government Affairs positions ranging from site management at refineries, governmental relations development, and site operations for the company’s global chemical and LNG businesses respectively. Hinson led the marketing and advocacy efforts within the sustainability sector of the organization, focusing on plastics and recycling.
Before joining ExxonMobil, Hinson was the Manager of Legislative, Community and Public Affairs for Georgia Gulf Corporation, primarily stationed in Louisiana. In this role, Hinson developed breakthrough programs that strengthened relations between near neighbors and site operations. Hinson also produced the corporation’s annual financial report, advocated for stronger policies in many US State Houses, and led national industry trade association’s advertising/communications programs.
Hinson is a native of Baton Rouge and a graduate of Louisiana State University Manship School of Mass Communication.
