Bridgette O'Connor joins The TJC Group as Director of Financial Operations.  Over her 15-year career, she has served in leadership roles across a variety of fields.   Her Master’s Degree in Human Ecology has helped her to navigate through different experiences including corporate event planning, association management, and business & financial operations.  Known for her attention to detail, Bridgette approaches each project with efficiency in mind.

Bridgette resides in Baton Rouge with her husband, Bryan, three boys, Finn, Declan and Colin and Australian Labradoodle, Mae.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, working on her home renovation and watching her boys play soccer.
